As part of efforts to develop and improve water sector infrastructure, a 60 m³ elevated water tank—standing 20 meters high—was constructed in Al-Bani village in the northern countryside of Hama. The project aims to boost storage capacity and enhance water distribution efficiency, thereby supporting the sustainability of the water system and improving the quality of services provided to the local community.
Project Significance
The tank is a vital component of the water supply system; its elevation ensures adequate pressure within the distribution network and improves water delivery to beneficiaries, while also increasing storage capacity and optimizing pumping and distribution operations. Furthermore, the project enhances service reliability and continuity, strengthening water infrastructure to meet the needs of the area and its residents.
