In the Turkish city of Mersin, specifically on University Street, we have implemented a distinguished project that combines modern design and a strategic location. University Street is one of the most important and busiest streets in the city, making this project a center of attraction for residents and visitors alike.

The building consists of six multi-use floors, carefully designed to meet diverse needs. The basement floor contains a spacious warehouse, while the ground floor includes comprehensive service facilities, including a parking garage and shops that meet the needs of residents and visitors.

The first floor is dedicated to large-area shops, making it suitable for various commercial projects. The remaining floors include upscale hotel apartments, with four apartments on each floor, to provide a comfortable and distinguished stay for guests.
